Last week I asked the question 3 questions with this topic for belts. 1st question is what is the number of projects that you believe a master black belt should compete successfully before he or she has been given this title?
Not much based on this curriculum above in the picture. You do not even have to be MBB to be an expert.
This what is wrong with this industry. Anyone can be called an expert. This must stop. When will our so-called industry leaders step up?
They will not because they are not experts themselves.
Would you let a doctor operate on you with 2 surgeries under his or her belt?
Then why are we allowing our practice to be hijacked?
